Each CRMK presenter pays a £10 monthly subscription for use of the studio facilities and broadcast rights.

Privacy Notice
CRMK records your email address and telephone number in order to carry out correspondence related to your role as a volunteer presenter.  This information will not be shared with any other organization.  You may ask for us to remove your email address and telephone number from our database at any time.


If you cease to be a volunteer presenter with CRMK CIC, your email address and telephone number will be deleted from our database within 3 months unless you request otherwise.

Initial induction fee

CRMK CIC charges its Members a one off induction fee of £40 followed by £10 per calendar month for use of the studio and to maintain their timeslot on the schedule. 
 

Break down of the £40 induction fee:

  • £20 Keyfob and key (Refundable)

  • £15 Three mandatory studio sessions

  • £5   Documentation​

Payments can be made to CRMK CIC below. 
Alternatively you can pay the induction fee in cash when you collect your keys.

Please title your reference as "IND" followed by your name to indicate that this is your induction payment.

Breakdown of the monthly subscription fee:

  • Retention of scheduled time slot

  • Full use of the studio during agreed time slot

  • Continuance of Keyfob access

  • Access to CRMKHQ Facebook group

  • Access to Mixcloud

  • General technical assistance

                             

Payments are preferred via Standing Order arranged on the 1st of each month.

If payments are lapsed please contact headgardener@crmk.co.uk to make arrangements to correct. 

 

Repeat instances of missed or required back payments will be dealt with on an individual basis and could result in a deactivated keyfob and suspension of a members show until rectified.  In situations where multiple members present a show a lapse in payment by any one member will affect the host and co-hosts alike.  During a period of time where fees are unpaid that time slot will be made available to all current and potential members on a permanent basis.

No part payments will be accepted.

Refunds will not be given if you do not make it in to present your show or in cases of technical issues.  The volunteer team will aim to put things right as soon as possible.

Alternative methods of payment can be discussed with the Board and will be dealt with on an individual basis.
